Before you sign on with a company you probably want to know about its culture – what it's like on the inside, what makes it tick.  But unless you work there, that's about as easy as describing the color orange.  So we'll describe ourselves here, and you can call for clarification.  Sound good?  Okay then…

Spiderhost is a small team of talented people who are obsessed with quality and results.  (We know that's both a bold statement and easy to say, so take a look at our testimonials for proof.)  Our smaller size means we can act quickly and move fast without getting mired down in the red tape the bigger guys have to deal with.  We relish our flexibility and flexible schedules; our brainstorms and your input; and being satisfied with our work and satisfying you.

We believe in balancing IT needs with fiscal restraint.  That's just a fancy way of saying we'll meet your needs in the most cost-effective way we can.  Sometimes solutions cost a little, sometimes they cost a lot.  But know that we've got your bottom line in mind as much as our own, and we won't ever – EVER! – overcharge you.

To give you the best service we can, we handle a wide variety of projects using a slew of hardware, software, and processes.  We're always learning so we can offer you the latest and greatest; it’s as much a source of pride as it is your gain.  And we make sure every one of our staff can clearly communicate with you about the technology solutions you need.  Hey, we know how frustrating Geek Speak can be, and won't put you through it – we even have a Geek Translator to help!

We work hard, and we play hard.  Quality and responsiveness are important to us, as are having fun and hanging out with family.  There are only so many hours in a day, right?  We take care of all – and we mean all! – of your IT needs so your time can be used elsewhere.  And then we go home, kick back, and relax.
